Evropska Zelena fondacija je uz podršku Organizacija za političku ekologiju PolEkol, od 18. do 20. novembra 2022. godine u Beogradu ugostila brojne aktiviste iz Srbije i regiona na drugoj po redu Akademiji zeleni horizonti.
“Dobar kolektiv” bio je tema Akadmije, kojoj se pristupalo kroz promišljanje o organizacionim strukturama i okruženju u kojem delujemo, mentalnom zdravlju i prevenciji sindroma pregorevanja u zelenom pokretu i širem građanskom društvu.
Akademiju je otvorio Branko Ančić, sa Institut za društvena istraživanja (Zagreb), uvodnim predavanjem na temu „Budući da dolazi kolaps, hoćemo li biti srećni?“. Jedno od najvažnijih pitanja koje je otvoreno tokom predavanja je pitanje klimatske anksioznosti, ali i šta možemo da uradimo da sačuvamo planetu i jedni druge. Zaključak predavanja je bio da deljenjem možemo stići do zajedničke dobrobiti i sreće.
Nakon uvodnog predavanja usledio je panel „Jesmo li dobro“ , koji je moderirala Iva Marković (PolEkol), govorili su Brajan Brković, građanski aktivista, Isidora Petrović, koordinatorka razvoja članstva i interne komunikacije u Ne davimo Beograd, Maja Stojanović, izvršna direktorka Građanskih inicijativa i Dragan Srećković, konsultant za organizacioni razvoj. Poruke koje su odjeknule sa panela je da treba da se okupimo oko aktivističke vatre solidarno i da se slušajmo, kao i da u kolektivima treba da se dobacujemo podrškom, a ne da podgrevamo anksioznost.
Naredna dva dana zatvorenog programa Akademije bila su posvećena radionicama i diskusijama koje su odgovarale na pitanja šta su to dobri aktivistički kolektivi? Kako izgledaju održive strukture? Kako brinuti o mentalnom zdravlju aktivista i sprečiti pregorevanje?
Kroz ove teme vodile su nas Sonja Stojanović Gajić, aktivistkinja i konsultantkinja za organizacioni razvoj, koja je održala predavanje i radionicu na temu održivih struktura “Održiv ili izdrživ kolektiv”; Psihološkinja Doris Rafajlovski je provela učesnike kroz radionicu “Ugasi požar, a sačuvaj vatru”, koja se bavila prevencijom izgaranja; „Lično, kolegijalno, političko – feminizacija rada organizacija“, bila je tema fishbowl diskusije u okviru koje su sa učesnicima razgovarale Lidija Vasiljević, psihološkinja, psihoterapeutkinja i trenerka psihodrame, Bojana Bijelović Bosanac, sindikalna organizatorka i Jelena Memet, feministkinja, mirovna aktivistkinja i suosnivačica Alternativnog centra za devojke; Akademija je zatvorena radionicom “Održiv kolektiv: komunikacija, konflikti i podrška”, koju je održala Aleksandra Živković, profesionalni coach i ekološka aktivistkinja.
Nakon tri dana razmene znanja, iskustava ali i jakih osećanja došlo se do zaključka da dobri aktivistički kolektivi neguju kulturu zajedništva, razumevanja, podrške i zahvalnosti. Takav, solidaran pristup, pomoćiće im da sačuvaju plamen da bi gasili požare.
Save the flame and put out the fire
Closed Green Horizons Academy
Green European Foundation in cooperation with Organisation for Political Ecology PolEkol, from November 18 to 20, 2022, hosted numerous activists from Serbia and the region at the second Green Horizons Academy in Belgrade.
„A good collective“ was the theme of the Academy, which was approached through reflection on organizational structures and the environment in which we operate, mental health and the prevention of burnout syndrome in the green movement and wider civil society.
The Academy was opened by Branko Ančić, from the Institute for Social Research/ Institute for Political Ecology IPE (Zagreb), with an introductory lecture on the topic “Since collapse is coming, are we going to be happy?”. One of the most important questions raised during the lecture is the issue of climate anxiety, but also what we can do to save the planet and each other. The conclusion of the lecture was that by sharing we can achieve common well-being and happiness.
After the introductory lecture, the panel „Are we good“ followed, moderated by Iva Marković (PolEkol), Brajan Brković, citizen activist, Isidora Petrović, coordinator of membership development and internal communication in Ne davimo Belgrade, Maja Stojanović, executive director of Civic Initiatives, spoke and Dragan Srećković, organisational development consultant. The messages that echoed from the panel were that we should gather around the activist fire in solidarity and listen to each other, as well as that in collectives we should share support and not fuel anxiety.
The next two days of the Academy’s closed program were dedicated to workshops and discussions that answered the questions, what are good activist collectives? What do sustainable structures look like? How to care for the mental health of activists and prevent burnout?
Participants was guided through these topics by Sonja Stojanović Gajić, activist and consultant for organizational development, who held a lecture and workshop on the topic of sustainable structures „Sustainable or sustainable collective“; Psychologist Doris Rafajlovski led the participants through the workshop „Put out the fire and save the flame“, which dealt with the prevention of burning; „Personally, collegially, politically – feminization of the organizations“, was the topic of the fishbowl discussion in which with paticipants spoke Lidija Vasiljević, psychologist, psychotherapist and psychodrama trainer, Bojana Bijelović Bosanac, trade union organizer and Jelena Memet, feminist, peace activist and co-founder, Alternative center for girls; The academy closed with the workshop „Sustainable collective: communication, conflicts and support“, held by Aleksandra Živković, professional coach and environmental activist.
